松褐天牛的天敵昆蟲(chóng)調(diào)查及生物防治技術(shù)研究

前言：松材線蟲(chóng)(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)是目前我國(guó)林業(yè)界頭號(hào)有害生物。松褐天牛(Monochamus alternatus)是其最重要的傳播媒介。有效控制松材線蟲(chóng)傳播的關(guān)鍵是防治松褐天牛。為此，我們對(duì)松褐天牛開(kāi)展了生物防治研究。本文是我們研究工作的總結(jié)。論文第一部分詳細(xì)論述了前人對(duì)松褐天牛生物學(xué)特性研究情況，以及在探討該害蟲(chóng)的生物防治方面所做的工作。第二部分著重介紹了我們自己所做的研究工作，包括松褐天牛天敵的調(diào)查，主要天敵生物學(xué)特性；利用天敵開(kāi)展生物防治松褐天牛的試驗(yàn)研究情況。我們?cè)诒卷?xiàng)研究中主要取得了如下成果： 1．在國(guó)內(nèi)首次發(fā)現(xiàn)松褐天牛的重要捕食性天敵昆蟲(chóng)～天牛斑叩甲(Cryptalaus berus)。其幼蟲(chóng)期捕食寄主幼蟲(chóng)28頭以上。 2．還首次在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)了其它兩種松褐天牛的捕食性天敵～～松褐天牛黑叩甲(學(xué)名待定)和松褐天牛金環(huán)叩甲(學(xué)名待定)。前者幼蟲(chóng)期平均取食松褐天牛幼蟲(chóng) 24頭以上；后者幼蟲(chóng)期平均取食松褐天牛幼蟲(chóng)27頭以上。其捕食量大，并可轉(zhuǎn)移坑道、捕食多頭松褐天牛幼蟲(chóng)，是很有希望的生物防治松褐天牛的重要天敵。 3．研究出了誘導(dǎo)...
Pine wood nematod, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, is the number one pest for China forests right now. Pine sawyer, Monochamus alternatus is the most important vector of the nematod.
